A core component of Agency by Design Oakland is our Teacher Fellowship, a yearly cohort of Oakland and Bay Area educators who participate in professional learning communities that focus on maker-centered learning and teacher-led classroom inquiry. Over the course of their fellowship year, each teacher completes their own research in the classroom that stems from their inquiry question. Our Pictures of Practice series emerges from this work and is created by teachers in our fellowship as a way to report on the work completed in their classrooms.
